I woke up a few times during the night with a stabbing pain in my right shin. I hope that I hadn’t overdone it yesterday with my walk and run !
The pain persisted so I did a few chores around the house before donning my running gear and venturing out. The shin was still a little sore and I worried about going out, in case it got worse.
Luckily once I’d started moving, the pain stopped and didn’t return even after my 3 miles run to Water Orton and back.
